2- The Roman Amphitheater

3- Bastion San Remy

4- Fregula

The Fregula is a type of pasta from Sardinia. It consists of semolina dough that has been rolled into balls of 2-3 mm in diameter and roasted in the oven. A typical recipe is to simmer it in a tomato sauce and often accompanied by clams, a delicacy.
