1. Sidi Bou Said

Sidi Bou Saïd is the coastal district in Andalusian style. It is known thanks to three influential painters: Paul Klee, August Macke and Louis Moilliet. Their canvases depict the spirit of the district with its whitewashed buildings and blue doors that stand out. Here, the cafés are next to the cliffs and you will have a superb view of the coast. This picturesque village full of charm leaves no one indifferent.

2. La goulette

La goulette is the name of the port of Tunis. This port place is a major strategic axis for Tunis. La goulette became a port during the French colonial period. La Goulette has Spanish and Ottoman forts to explore. But you can also take a walk along the Franklin Roosevelt Avenue along the coast. A little further along you will also find a beautiful beach.

3. The New Town

Developed during the French colonial period, the new city is formed around the main street; Avenue Habib Bourguiba. A large straight line 1.5 km long lined with palm trees and government buildings. It features European colonial and post-colonial architecture. Also, on the Place d'Afrique, you can see a Clock Tower symbolizing the modern era of Tunisia.

4. The Souks

A must to immerse yourself in the city. Go to the heart of the Medina in the covered walkways lined with shops of shopkeepers and craftsmen who are grouped according to their specialities. The main souks are El Kmach with its square square which was once the slave market and the souk El Attarine known for its perfumes.
